This project involved repairing severe wood rot (WDO) at the base of an exterior entry door caused by long-term moisture intrusion. The damaged wood below the glass panel and along the door trim was carefully removed down to solid material. New pressure-treated wood was cut, fitted, and secured to restore structural integrity at the bottom of the door and trim.
